Shipping policy
We do not sell cup wraps, decals, lids, straws, or bookmarks on their own. They must be purchased with a cup, to be custom made by me. Your order will be canceled otherwise.
We only ship within the U.S. We offer shipping to the 48 Contiguous States; excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders are shipped after fulfillment, which can take between 3-5 business days. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email & tracking number when available.
Our delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once the packages are sent to the shipping carrier, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the carrier.
Glimmer Cups Designs are not held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by carriers
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Damage to orders by carriers and postal service
- PO box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery
Fulfillment time is 3-5 business days.

For any issues (delays, address changes, etc) please contact the carrier.
Glimmer Cups Designs uses USPS to ship your orders. Delivery can take anywhere between 3-14 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).
Glimmer Cups Designs does not hold any responsibility for delayed, damaged, or stolen packages once it is transferred to the shipping carrier. If your package is damaged or missing, please contact and file a claim with the shipping carrier.
