Cancellations, Refunds, Returns

We do not accept any cancellations, refunds, or returns after your order has been placed as you are ordering a custom product made specifically for you. This includes accessories and discounted items. All sales are final.

Please be advised that air bubbles are needed within the cup to allow for expansion during shipping. This is a normal occurrence and is not considered a defect. Therefore, this does not warrant a replacement. These bubbles are considered an inevitable aspect of cup making, and of the shipping and handling process.

Please also note, glitter will always settle. This is not a defect as this is a natural process of snow globe cups. To redistribute the glitter simply shake the cup side to side rather than up and down.

Damages

Although we will not issue a refund, we will offer to remake an item if photos and videos are provided to support it was defective outside of shipping and is only a manufacture defect such as a defective seal or leak. Proof is required and must be provided within 48 hours of the date the product was delivered. If photos are received or we are notified outside of this timeframe we will not be able to remake your product. Product remake must be the same exact product and wrap unless the wrap is no longer available. Email us at glimmercupsdesigns@gmail.com

Glimmer Cups Designs does not hold any responsibility for delayed, shipment damages, or stolen packages once it is transferred to the shipping carrier. Please contact and file a claim with the shipping carrier.
